On your travels in Thanalan, you come across Ranulf, he's sitting on the grass near a stream. He has some fish roasting over a fire and on closer inspection, really into a book he's holding. What do you do?!]

BLESS.Ahem.There he is right in front of her, on yet another would-be ordinary day. It must be fate!! She is content to watch him for a moment, but nothing will ever progress if that's all she does... Er, not that she's trying to progress anything jeez baka!!!!

[Oh no it's so stilted... Her face flushes with embarrassment, and already she wants to run away before he can realize that voice belongs to her. Doing her best to throw the attention off of herself, she flicks a glance towards the book.]

[He closes his book and stands up, still smiling wide.]
It is actually pretty quiet around here for once! The evil-doers must have learned their lesson, for now.
[He scans the environment then looks back at her.]
Anyway, what brings you here, Tsubaki? Are you hungry? I can catch another fish for you if you'd like.

I'm not hungry, so don't worry about that. [She folds her arms around her legs, playing with her fingers a bit while she on and off throws glances his way.] And I'm— not here for any particular reason.

Just a change of scenery, I suppose. I should have known that I'd run into you.
[She says with a seemingly sarcastic and yet also genuine slight smile.]

[He reaches over and takes his now cooked fish off the fire, holding the skewer]
I feel a little bad for eating this...you sure you dont want any?
[He holds it out to her.]

She takes the tiniest nip, her face way too red for such a simple act, but she's really embarrassed by herself. She pulls away, looking aside, but not enough so that she can't witness the moment it happens. Really, though, is this anything to even be glad about? There's no way he's thinking the same thing in return...]

So, how is everything going for you? Are you doing well?
[He smiles at her and takes another bite of his feeshie.]

So natural... That ever-unchanging smile, that kindness, that carefree attitude. It's what she likes about him, but other times, it's simply infuriating.]
It seems like some unsavory rumors have been circulating as of late, about the Sultana... What do you make of it?

[He leans forward, fish sticking out of his mouth, looking at her expectantly.]

She pushes his face away from her, hoping to shove that fish inside as well. Ugh, you can't just...! Even without it, though, he's just too close, so she can't be held responsible for putting him in his place. His stupid, stupid place.
Of course, now she's got some of the oil from the fish on her hand and nothing to do for it. She holds it out before her, clearly mortified by this realization. What are her options? She can rub it on her clothes, or on the grass and dirt, or... or lick it off!? NO!!!
